Sit on a chair or stand up, keeping your back straight and your shoulders relaxed, and get ready.
1. Pull your chin in and slowly lower your head so that your chin touches your chest.
2. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds while feeling the stretch in the back of your neck.
3. Slowly lift your head and raise your chin to look up at the sky.
4. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds while feeling the stretch in the front of your neck.
5. Slowly return to the starting position.
Exhale when you bow your head, and inhale when you lean back.
Do not give any recoil and move slowly. Be careful not to bend your waist at the same time. If you feel pain, reduce the range and only go to a comfortable point.
