How to Hip Thrust

Starting Position

1. After looking at the sky, lie down with your arms extended beside your hips and your knees bent.

2. Open your chest and create an arch with your back.

Proper Form

1. Lift your hips to create a straight line between your waist and thighs.

2. Slowly return to the starting position by lowering your hips.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when going up, and inhale when going down.

Precautions

Please be careful not to bend your waist excessively.
