Kneel and rotate your torso.
In a kneeling position on the floor, keep your knees hip-width apart and support your body with one hand on the ground.
1. The hand touching the floor places the entire palm on the ground. The moving hand is positioned in front of the abdomen with the palm facing the belly.
2. Bring the elbow placed in front of the abdomen inward toward the body, slightly bending the upper back so that the chest faces the floor.
3. Slowly open the elbow outward and upward, rotating the upper body.
Exhale while turning your upper body and inhale while returning to the original position.
Move slowly.
