How to Kneeling Upper Back Rotation
Starting Position
In a kneeling position on the floor, keep your knees hip-width apart, and use one hand to support your body by placing it on the floor.
Proper Form
1. The hand touching the floor places the entire palm on the ground. The moving hand is positioned so that the palm is on the belly, in front of the abdomen.
2. Bring the elbow placed in front of the abdomen inward towards the body, slightly bending the upper back so that the chest faces the floor.
3. Slowly open the elbow outward and upward, rotating the upper body.
Breathing Technique
Inhale while turning your upper body, and exhale while returning to the original position.
Precautions
Move slowly.
