1. Please hold the cable in your hand and stand shoulder-width apart.
2. Open your chest and straighten your back.
1. Hold one cable with each hand and lift your chest.
2. Raise your hands with the backs of your hands facing the ceiling without using the strength of your arms.
Exhale when you raise your arms, and inhale when you lower them.
Please be careful not to raise the hand holding the cable above shoulder height.
