Stand up and stretch your arms straight forward side by side.
1. Alternate swinging your arms up and down as if crossing them.
2. Feel the muscles in your shoulders and the front of your chest stretching and relaxing as your arms move.
3. Repeat rhythmically for 10 to 15 times.
Breathe naturally while swinging your arms.
Don't swing your arms too quickly; move them smoothly. Don't tense your shoulders unnecessarily; keep them relaxed. Engage your core to prevent your back from arching backward.
