Sit on a chair or stand up straight with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed, and get ready.
1. Slowly turn your head to the right so that your ear gets closer to your shoulder.
2. Slowly turn to the opposite side and do the same with your left side.
3. Alternate gently from side to side and repeat.
Breathe naturally as you move.
Don't spin too quickly; do it slowly and smoothly. If you have neck pain, reduce the range of motion. Keep your shoulders relaxed so they don't move along.
