This machine exercise works your back with a circular rowing motion.
1. Sit on the machine seat with your chest against the pad and your feet on the footrest.
2. Grab the handle and start with your arms extended forward.
1. Pull your shoulders back and bring your elbows back in a circular motion.
2. Pull back until you feel a tightness in the center of your back.
3. Smoothly rotate your arms forward in a circular motion to return to the starting position.
Breathe out when pulling the handle, and inhale when turning it forward.
1. Do not pull back with your upper body; focus only on contracting your back muscles.
2. Do not move too quickly; always perform at a controlled speed.
