Sit or stand and raise one arm straight above your head.
1. Grab the elbow of the raised arm with the opposite hand.
2. Slowly pull the elbow towards your head and feel the stretch in your side and armpit muscles.
3. Keep your upper body straight and hold for 10-20 seconds.
4. Slowly relax and return to the starting position.
Exhale when pulling your elbow, and breathe naturally while holding.
Do not bend your waist to the side and keep your upper body straight. Do not pull your elbows too hard; just pull them to the point where you feel a stretch. Relax your neck and shoulders and proceed comfortably.
