How to Shoulder Inferior Capsule Stretch
Starting Position
Sit or stand and raise one arm straight overhead
Proper Form
1. Grab your raised elbow with the opposite hand
2. Gently pull your elbow toward your head and feel the stretch
3. Keep your torso upright and hold for 10-20 seconds
4. Slowly release and return to the starting position
Breathing Technique
Exhale as you pull, then breathe naturally
Precautions
Keep your torso straight without bending your waist. Pull only until you feel the tension, and relax your neck and shoulders.
