Sit in a chair or stand up straight and comfortably prepare.
1. Use your right hand to reach over your head and grab the side of your left ear.
2. Gently pull with your hand and tilt your head to the right.
3. Feel the stretch in the muscles on the left side of your neck and shoulder.
4. Hold for 10-20 seconds, then slowly return to the starting position.
5. Repeat the same method on the opposite side.
Exhale when pulling your head, and breathe naturally while holding.
Don't exert excessive force on your arms and just pull your head slightly. Keep your back straight to avoid leaning. If you feel any pain, stop immediately.
