Sit on a chair or stand and comfortably spread your legs.
1. Raise one arm above your head.
2. Slowly lean your torso to the opposite side.
3. Maintain the feeling of stretching in your side and back.
Exhale when leaning to the side, and inhale when returning to the original position.
Do not lean your body forward; only tilt to the side. If your lower back feels tight, reduce the range.
