1. Stand and extend one arm across to the opposite shoulder.
2. Use the opposite hand to wrap around the elbow and pull it towards your chest.
3. Keep your shoulders down and chest open while maintaining the position.
Breathe out while pulling, and inhale while maintaining.
Make sure your shoulders do not rise towards your ears.
