Increasing the slope and progressing the treadmill can put a greater load on the muscles, not on the knees and ligaments. It reduces the burden on the body and burns calories much more!
Start by standing on the incline treadmill.
1. Set the treadmill incline and stand on the belt.
2. Jog lightly while swinging your arms naturally.
3. Run at a steady pace, using your knees and ankles well.
Breathe in and out steadily.
Be careful not to lean your body back when increasing the incline.
