Do pull-ups with a wide grip
1. Please grip slightly wider than shoulder-width.
2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and open your chest.

2. Pull your arms to bring your chest close to the bar.
3. Slowly extend your arms back to the original position.
Breathe out while pulling and breathe in while going down.
