How to Zottoman Curl
Starting Position
1. Stand holding the dumbbells with an underhand grip.
Proper Form
1. Lift the dumbbell up.
2. At the top, rotate your wrist to switch to a reverse grip and lower it down.
Breathing Technique
Exhale when you go up, and inhale when you come down.
Precautions
1. Perform the wrist transition smoothly.
