About

1. This is an isolation exercise that trains the rear shoulder muscles by holding the band and pulling your arms backward.

2. It helps open rounded shoulders and increases scapular stability, making it effective for improving posture.

How to Band Reverse Fly

Starting Position

Fix the band to your foot and lean your body forward.

Proper Form

1. Stand holding the band with both hands.

2. Pull the band back while spreading your arms to the sides.

3. Slowly return your arms to the original position.

Breathing Technique

Exhale while raising your arms and inhale while lowering your arms.

Precautions

1. Keep your wrists straight when doing the band reverse fly.

2. Engage your abs to prevent your lower back from overextending and avoid lower back pain, and if you feel discomfort in the front of your shoulders, lower the band resistance.
