This exercise uses a cable cross motion to work and stretch your triceps.
1. Hold the cable with both hands and lift it above your head.
2. Keep your elbows fixed upwards.
1. Extend your arms out to the sides and cross them downwards.
2. Gently come back.
Exhale when you open, and inhale when you come back.
1. Don't spread your elbows too much.
2. Make sure your back doesn't arch excessively.
