Rotate your elbows to loosen your biceps
Stand with your elbows bent at 90 degrees and your hands in front of your shoulders.
1. Stand and raise your elbows to shoulder height.
2. Slowly rotate your elbows in a circular motion.
3. Repeat in the opposite direction.
Inhale while rotating your elbow, and exhale when you stop.
Be careful not to strain your shoulders when rotating your elbows in a circular motion.
