Squat with a kettlebell, then quickly press it overhead.
Stand and hold the kettlebell with both hands, spreading your legs shoulder-width apart.
1. Hold the kettlebell with both hands at shoulder height.
2. Sit down in a squat position and stand up while pushing the kettlebell upward.
3. Extend your arms and lift the kettlebell above your head.
Exhale when pushing the kettlebell up, and inhale when lowering it.
Keep your back straight while bending your knees to lift the kettlebell.
