How to Seated Back Squeeze
Starting Position
Sit on the chair and place your hands next to your knees.
Proper Form
1. Sit on the chair and place your hands next to your knees.
2. Pull your elbows back and contract your back.
3. Slowly return to the original position.
Breathing Technique
Inhale while contracting your shoulders and exhale as you return to the original position.
Precautions
Be careful not to strain your shoulders.
