Sit on the chair and grab the dumbbells.
1. Sit on the bench and grab the dumbbells.
2. Pull your elbows back while bringing the dumbbells close to your body and lift them up.
3. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the original position.
Exhale while raising your arms and inhale while returning to the original position.
Keep your elbows close to your body and curl slowly.
