1. Open your arms to the side and open your chest.
2. Bring them back together in front of you.
3. Slowly repeat the opening and closing motion back and forth.
Exhale when you bring your arms together, and inhale when you spread them apart.
Don't go too fast, and be careful not to shrug your shoulders.
