1. Lie on your side and place both hands on the floor.
2. Engage your core and lift your body so that only your toes and hands touch the floor.
1. Slowly lift your foot away from the floor.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Exhale when you raise your legs, and inhale when you lower them.
If it's too difficult, try doing it lying on your side without lifting your body.
