Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lightly bring your arms in front of your chest.
1. Create a sitting position by pushing your hips back and slowly bending your knees.
2. Lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
3. Ensure that your knees do not go past your toes and keep your gaze forward.
4. Push off the ground with your heels and slowly rise back to the starting position.
Inhale when sitting down, and exhale when standing up.
Keep your back straight to avoid bending forward. Make sure your knees do not come together. Be careful not to let your heels lift off the ground.
