How to V bar cable pushdown
Starting Position
1. Grab the cable V-bar and keep your elbows fixed by your sides.
Proper Form
1. Extend your arms downwards and contract your triceps.
2. Slowly return.
Breathing Technique
Exhale when pushing out, and inhale when coming back.
Precautions
1. Do not flare your elbows.
2. Make sure your shoulders do not rise.
