How to One Leg Smith Machine Deadlift

Starting Position

Stand in front of the Smith machine on one leg and grab the barbell.

Proper Form

1. Hold the Smith machine bar with one hand and extend one leg back.

2. Push your hips back and lean your upper body forward to lower the bar.

3. Return to the original position while straightening your leg.

Breathing Technique

Inhale while extending your legs forward and exhale while returning to the original position.
