Stand up, raise one arm above your head, and bend your elbow.
1. Bend your elbow so that your hand is facing behind your back.
2. Use your opposite hand to gently press down on your elbow to stretch.
3. Keep your upper body straight.
Exhale while pulling, and inhale while holding.
Do not arch your back and stabilize so that your ribs are not visible.
