How to Prone T Raise

Starting Position

1. Please lie face down on the floor.

2. Extend your arms to the sides so that your armpits are vertical.

3. Make sure your thumbs are pointing towards the sky.

Proper Form

1. Please fold your shoulder blades and lift your arms.

2. Slowly lower your arms and return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Exhale when you raise your arms, and inhale when you lower them.
