How to Cable Wrist Curl
Starting Position
1. Grab the cable bar and fix your elbows on your thighs.
Proper Form
1. Bend your wrist and lift the bar.
2. Slowly lower it down.
Breathing Technique
Exhale when you lift, and inhale when you lower.
Precautions
1. Use only your wrist so that your entire arm does not move.
