Do drag curls with an EZ bar
Stand and grab the EZ bar.
1. Grab the EZ bar and extend your arms down.
2. Pull the EZ bar close to your body while pushing your elbows back.
3. Slowly lower the EZ bar back to its original position.
Exhale while raising your arms and inhale while returning to the original position.
Keep your elbows close to your body and curl slowly.
