How to Prayer Push

Starting Position

1. Please stand with your legs shoulder-width apart.

2. Please bring your palms together in front of your chest.

Proper Form

1. Stand with your palms together in a prayer position.

2. Push your palms against each other.

3. Apply strength in your arms and hold for 15 seconds.

Breathing Technique

Inhale when you push up, and exhale when you lower down.

Precautions

Be careful not to strain your wrists when pushing out while bringing your arms together.
