Stand with your arms spread out to the sides in front of the box.
1. Place one foot on the stairs or box and bend your knee at an angle greater than 90 degrees.
2. Push yourself up and place the other foot on the stairs.
3. Slowly come down and return to the starting position.
Inhale when you lift your foot, and exhale when you lower it.
Be careful not to let your knees go beyond your toes when climbing stairs.
