How to TRX Bicep Curl
Starting Position
1. Grab the TRX straps and lean your body back.
2. Start with your arms fully extended.
Proper Form
1. Bend your elbows and pull your body towards the direction of the strap.
2. Extend your arms and go back down.
Breathing Technique
Exhale when pulling, inhale when going down.
Precautions
1. Tighten your core to keep your body steady.
2. Don't tilt at an excessive angle.
