Use your body weight to strengthen your biceps.

2. Start with your arms fully extended.
1. Bend your elbows and pull your body towards the direction of the strap.
2. Extend your arms and go back down.
Exhale when pulling, and inhale when going down.
1. Tighten your core to keep your body steady.
2. Don't tilt at an excessive angle.
