I can do up to 4 sets without a band, but a total of 5 sets a day with 3, 3! 2, 2, 2 routines means I can't do it without a band the next day. So, I plan to tie all 5 types of band elastic to the door frame and do 3 sets of 5 every day, trying to do it as much as possible when I can see it. I will provide feedback after a month.
Even if I can do it without a band, I come periodically to give stimulation.
Why does my stomach hurt when I do just this...?
Until I can do pull-ups without a girl band!
