I did a rep being a step - 65lbs 2 sets of 48 steps was good for first time - but wrist is aching

Do not recommend doing these after heavy shoulder lifting day...wooo 🔥🦍

Total walking was 37ft one way. So that times 8 with 45 lbs on each hand.

Is a rep 1 step?

So what would I put for the "Reps" on this? It's default to 14. What does that even equate to? Seconds walked? Steps? I do 60 second laps around my gym.

This should have been done based on time rather than the number of times, but the creators didn't understand and just did it randomly.

Increased weight from 27.5 to 32.5 & held 1st set for 30s. 2nd & 3rd set for 40s.

1 min overhead hold…

45 sec hold instead of walk.

You're talking about the Farmers Carry that you hold with one hand, right?

↳ you carry the load per hand and walk. It should be counted as steps or seconds
