자꾸 하면 어깨에서 우둑우둑 소리나는데 소리 나오면 안좋은거라고 알고있는데 어떻게 개선하나요?

등받이가 있는 의자에서 90도는 아니고 살짝 75도 정도로 고정시켜서 하면 어깨 뒤도 잡아주고 유격이 안되서 짜세가 잘 나옵니다요🤤

Hey guys here's just a update for you guys out there I'm 11 12 in like 18 days and I just wanted to say don't give up on something you want to achieve if you want 6 packs or bicep bigger workouts I'll do my routine on my page on my channel thank you for reading my comment I know its hard to workout I know the pain I feel it but it's worth it when your done your body will feel more stronger then now I have a bicep peak I just need more motivation keep up the work guys!
