It takes me less than 4 minutes to do what I do with the trainer for 10 minutes. They even give me just 10 seconds of rest. Breathe again and just do it right away, isn't it… It's tough…

I was able to endure the Smith squats and the subsequent wide squats.. But continuing on to the lunges is too much.. Is it really sane to have three consecutive thigh exercises?
