One Leg Kettlebell Deadlift Community

I have back pain ㅠ Why is that... It hurts even when it goes down to my hip joint.

This almost broke my back wtf 🥲

The stimulation of the buttocks and rear is the best🔥

Why does my tailbone hurt..?

Leaning to the side

💣💣💣

My form is so bad I think I just gave myself kidney stones

↳ hard one to get the balance and positioning right but I feel it working in the right areas! 😬

If you place a long foam roller against the wall and hinge your hips well while resting your knee on it, it feels amazing!

You need to stretch your legs as much as possible to feel the stimulation!

How do you do it? T_T

Why is it so hard to balance this?

Useful when picking up money.
