140lbs assisted i could only do 3 😵💫
This just doesn't grow at all.
*The biggest advantage of the assist: Usable for both upper and lower body Hand - Abdomen - Knee position: In a straight line Lift the upper chest Gaze: Diagonally up Keep the shoulder blades pulled back/down (Keep the ears and shoulders apart) - Contraction: Feel as if the elbows are meeting the sides Adding weight to the hips enhances the feeling of contraction - Relaxation: Maintain the lifted chest while slowly stretching the back *Weight setting: Based on beginners Start with a weight difference of 5-10kg from your body weight.
It says "weight being assisted," but considering that it gets recorded and the weight keeps increasing, I think it's correct to think of it as "body weight - assisted weight = the actual weight I'm lifting."
How does this get recorded as no chance in hell I can do what it’s suggests?? What am I missing 🙈😂
I was doing 25, but after a long time of not exercising, 40 is tough, hehe (weight 54).
I hurt my shoulder doing this, but I don't know the correct way to do it. 😭
It's a custom, but the warm-up set appeared automatically.
Assisted pullups should have a negative weight but I can't enter it that way. It keeps registering as weighted pullups
Pull ups in general are the bane of my physical existence
Is it better for this to have a higher weight or a lower weight?
Is there only one lat pulldown machine in the gym? That's frustrating.
What could it be that only the right shoulder makes a sound when moving up and down? 🥲
Without assistance I would never lmao
too easy dont feel a thing on this machine 😂
I set this to be the same as my body weight or 4 kg less, but it doesn't go down at all. The knee support plate ㅜㅜ So when I set it to 30 kg, it goes down, but it doesn't come back up. Is it supposed to be like this? My body weight is 44.
Let's try.
As my weight increases, it becomes drastically harder.. I could do 13 reps at 66kg, but when I reached 76kg, it dropped to 6 reps..
Starting from 42.5, I've finally made it to 5💦 I've consistently done about 3 to 4 sets, but I really feel the impact of a 1 to 2-kilogram weight change in this exercise.
Suddenly, the difficulty has skyrocketed; I feel like I absolutely can't do it.
