It’s 80, but I get help with 60.
It hurts a lot, but do I have to intentionally put pressure on my back?
Fire for back 🔥🔥🔥
Does it take the weight of the bodyweight you enter?
So me being 101kg in BW and the app asking me to use 40kg im guessing the total weight on the assisted pull would be roughly 140kg? If so ive just managed 13 reps at 120kg.
Bench, lat pull, chest press, dips, next assist pull-up. Is this correct? I'm a beginner and I'm doing what I'm told, but I keep having doubts.
Gradually increasing the weight of assistance through progressive overload ㅇㅈㄹㅋㅋ
Even if I do 60 kilos, I can't even do 10, so what is this 15 at 40...
Could barely log set. My hands were shaking with only 20 lbs assisted
My gym don’t have this machine so what should i do instead because i cant do pull ups.

No complaints other than I HATE PULL UPS WITH OR WITHOUT ASSISTANCE that is all haha
I didn't bring the grip, but I brought the wrist guard. Ah...
Superset with dips
They said to only get help for 30 kilograms, knowing how much I weigh. 🔥
If you hold on for about 1 second at the highest point you can reach and then slowly come down, it will be crazy.
I tried it without assistance. I almost 💩.
Eh, my weight is all difficult to manage even with help..
140lbs assisted i could only do 3 😵💫
This just doesn't grow at all.
