Why does it feel like my left outer chest is about to tear when I do just this? It seems like I'm doing well with isolation exercises.
If you grip and twist it so that your wrist bends inward, the stimulation to the forearm muscles may decrease. So, hold it moderately and gather it, and when you reach the middle, if you bend your wrist outward instead and bring the parts where the bracelet is worn together, it seems that the stimulation to the chest is more effective.
It looks like shoulder width when you look closely, but in the guide video, one foot is pushed forward.
Is it important whether it's one side or the total weight of both sides? You just need to record it every day and see if you're improving compared to before.
I like to put a bench about 5 feet in front of me and kneel one knee on it for more stretch on the chest. Don’t know if it helps but it feels like it does 😂
