This is much better for stimulation than dumbbell front raises. When using dumbbells, I tend to lift with momentum, making it similar to a kettlebell swing, but this one makes me use my shoulders more.
The posture is good, but when I do more than 10, I feel like my shoulders are rising. How can I prevent that?
