Cable Hip Abduction Community

I change my foot position. Say you are working on your right leg with the cable. I cross my left leg in front so the cable is behind my left leg when I pull it to the side. I feel it more in my glutes 🤷🏼‍♀️

How high do you put the cable? I have mine on 3 but the example looks like 5

Should I move my legs forward or backward?
