I picked up the 2-kilogram dumbbells next to me and did some exercises, and it felt a bit like working out.

I do one of each side and found that as 1. Cause the other way I wasn’t feeling it. :)

Yesterday I did lunges, and today I'm doing leg curls, but now only my hamstrings hurt.
When I stand up, my back hurts, so lying down seems to stimulate my abdomen much better.
Is the hamstring irritation getting worse? Is this correct?
