When the shoulders are opened at 90 degrees, if you maintain tension within the range of 60-130 degrees, the latissimus dorsi gets torn. If you push down too much or stretch too much below that, the head of the bone rotates and the tone is lost.
Shoulder 2 times wider = Upper latissimus dorsi, teres major Slightly wider than shoulder width = Lower latissimus dorsi, lower trapezius Parallel grip = Middle-lower trapezius
