Weight each side or total?
If it says 10 reps does that mean 5 each side or 10 each side ?
I can’t for the life of me do more than 1-3 lunges. My knees burns and scream at me.

How does everyone record this? The weight of one side of the plate..? Or the combined weight of both sides...?

Why does my arm feel numb when I do this...? I followed the posture that the gym staff taught me, but as I continue, my right arm gets numb ㅠㅠ I'm not using any weights.
