You need to be careful with your wrist. I messed up my wrist.
Personally, I feel that lunges suit me better than squats. They really work my thighs.
A taste so good that even if both of us eat it and die, we wouldn't know.

50kgs plates (both sides), means total weight not 50kgs each side right?

For a similar exercise i used 20lbs for this one after 1 try yep go back to 15 xD
