What's the difference between feeding the machine and feeding the back?

This app is starting to get worse and worse.Every day there's more glitches and more things that do not work properly
God I hate burpees
Did I suddenly go crazy? Does it make sense to recommend going from 30kg to 75kg?
My wrist hurts, how should I hold the grip?
But my hand is numb, is it just me?
Why can't I get the count right after going over 2 sets?
This is 9 kilograms harder than the 100-kilogram power leg.
The more I raise my back leg close to horizontal, the more my butt gets stimulated.. I can hardly sit the next day.
The speed is stabilized, but how fast should I run?
I guess I'll roll out of bed and get up tomorrow.
Is it okay to do it while sitting?
Since this was updated, the exercise substitute button is not working. It's driving me crazy.

Where do i put my elbow on my knee/thigh to keep it from sliding?
Is it the total plate weight or the weight of the plate on one side
