Gonna have to use dumbbells, only have 1 kettlebell for each weight
🥵🥵🥵🥵
Doing 50kg both side 15 x 4 🥵
Just pick kettle and do right side, then left side. You guys overcomplicating simple exercise.
I was doing this and the guy next to me farted, we crossed eyes, burst out laughing which then made me fart louder and we both laughed harder which caused me to drop the weights which one then landed on my foot and the other landed on my phone so I'm now typing this on my smashed screen
🦍
Ok but how many pounds
💪
Lets go👊
Need the option to add weight please
Weight vs reps? What should i focus more on?
"I thought I became the bottom, so spread your buttocks wide to the sides."
Train by increasing the total weight and total volume, regardless of the suggestion of high weight with high repetitions or low weight with low repetitions.
Feels like my heart’s about to explode
I did a rep being a step - 65lbs 2 sets of 48 steps was good for first time - but wrist is aching

After doing this, I have muscle pain on my side. Am I doing it the right way...?ㅠㅠ I thought it was a back exercise...
One rep is 13/15 and it is giving 15 reps ? And is it correct?
I dont even have more than 1 bell per weight 😭
