Ah, there’s no speed and no slope indicator, so I thought since it’s called running, I should walk. But then it says in the guide to do as you wish (feeling deflated).

I dont know what it is about this one but dang seems I always have to cut weight in half just to do reps
I can't do this with both feet down. I have to put one foot up for resistance
Slow and controlled - form >> weight!
Ts is not even close to Bulgarian split squats
And the burn
Back to 4 45 plates on each side🥺💥😮💨
If you relax you’re underarm and extend a little more you feel it a lot BETTER in your biceps 💪🏾
