I have breast engorgement. Please tell me how to relieve it.
They say that the center of gravity should shift slightly forward to prevent the waist from bending. It feels like someone is pushing me slightly from behind... Every time I lift something, I feel like someone is pushing me!!

I'm not sure if it's correct, but if you raise it too much to 90 degrees, your chest tension relaxes, so it's better to raise it only to about 45 degrees and repeat. This way, the tension doesn't release, and you get good stimulation. I'd like to hear the opinions of the experts. 👏👏
